Under what conditions can I get a free return or exchange for my purchased item within 7 days?
For items purchased from LiTime, you can apply for a free return or exchange within 7 days from the date of receipt, provided the item is in its original packaging, in brand-new condition suitable for resale, and includes the manual and all accessories. LiTime will cover the shipping costs for such returns.
Where can I find the SN number?
The Serial Number (SN) is located underneath the vertical barcode on the top of the battery.
What are the basic conditions that must be met for a return or exchange?
The item must be in its original packaging, in brand-new condition suitable for resale, and include the manual and all accessories.
If I modify the product (e.g., disassemble it), can I still get a return, exchange, or warranty service?
No. Unauthorized modification (including but not limited to disassembly) of the product will void the warranty, and such returns will not be accepted for after-sales service. If a modified product is returned, we will refuse it and send it back at the customer's expense.
What information do I need to prepare when applying for a return, exchange, or warranty service?
Please prepare the following information in advance: order number, proof of purchase, and video/photos of the faulty product (if applicable). When applying for warranty service, you also need to describe the problem in detail (symptoms, when it occurred, specific operations), inform us of any troubleshooting steps you've tried, and provide the product serial number (SN).
If my product experiences a quality issue within the warranty period, how will LiTime handle it?
If a LiTime product fails to meet the quality standards (as determined by our technical support team) within the warranty period, we will repair the defective product, or replace it with a new or refurbished product that is compatible and has the same or higher rated power. In special cases where repair or replacement is not possible, a refund may be processed. The specific handling, which may involve depreciation or additional fees depending on the purchase duration and product condition, is detailed in the policy.
What situations will void the warranty or are not covered by the free warranty service?
Key situations include: the product being outside the warranty period; normal wear and tear (like cosmetic damage, cell capacity degradation); damage due to human factors (such as unauthorized disassembly, modification, improper operation, water damage, etc.); failure to use and maintain the product according to the user manual (e.g., using incompatible chargers, incorrect applications, using non-starting batteries for starting purposes, etc.); force majeure events.
