    Q: What to do when receive the battery?

    A:

    Upon receiving your battery, please note that it may arrive with a low State of Charge (SOC) as a result of the transportation and storage process. To ensure peak performance, we advise promptly charging the battery to prevent over-discharge.

    If you intend to store the battery for an extended period without use, we recommend charging it to a SOC 50% and conducting maintenance every three months. These measures will help preserve its functionality and performance in the long run.

    Q: Does this battery has low-temperature protection?

    A:

    Yes, this battery has low-temperature charging-off protection. It's recommend to charge the battery during the temperature range: 0℃ to 50℃ / 32℉ to 122℉.

    Q: How many batteries can I connect in sereis or parallel?

    A:

    The 12V lithium battery from LiTime supports maximum connections of 4 in series and 4 in parallel. Allow you to build up a maximum battery system of 16 battery units with 20.48kWh Max. capacity and 20.48kW of Max. power.

    Note: To connect in series or /and parallel, batteries should meet the below conditions:

    Q: How to charge LiTime 12V 100Ah Bluetooth lithium batteries?

    A:

    1. Using Solar Panels

    The battery can be fully charged in one day (with effective sunshine 4.5 hrs/day) by 400W solar panels. It may take more than one day to fully charge the battery by ≥400W solar panels since the duration and intensity of light would be a great factor for their charging efficiency.

    2. Generator/Alternator

    If the alternator or generator supports DC output, a DC-to-DC charger is needed to connect the battery to the generator; if your alternator or generator supports AC output, please add a suitable battery charger to connect the battery and the generator according to our recommendations. The Recommended Charging Voltage: 14.2V - 14.6V. The Recommended Charging Current: ① 20A (0.2C): the battery will be fully charged in around 5 hrs to 100% capacity; ② 50A (0.5C): the battery will be fully charged in around 2 hrs to around 97% capacity.

    3. LiFePO4 Smart Chargers

    To charge 12V battery, it is recommended to use 14.6V battery charger.

    The Recommended Charging Voltage: 14.2V - 14.6V.

    So far so good

    These batteries seem like a great fit for my 300Ah bank of house batteries on my boat. I like that LiTime publishes a spec for internal resistance - most suppliers don’t seem to, making it difficult to know for sure hi they will handle large loads. Delivery was super fast and extra thanks for Mavis who promptly refunded me some cost under the 15-day price guarantee when Black Friday came! I will post another review once the installation is done.

    Good product... with a problem.

    My use case is somewhat an edge case. I've installed the bluetooth battery on my RV trailer, which usually draw less than 1A when the fridge run on propane.

    The problem is : the battery BMS doesn't track well current draw when below 1A.... so, for me, the android app is useless since I don't see the current SoC of the battery.

    I've had a great support from Mavis at LiTime with whom I pinpointed the problem to my low amps case.

    However, I'm not completely satisfied with the resolution since I've asked as a compensation to send me a battery monitor for free, to give me the ability to monitor the SoC. They agreed partially with the proposition since I had to pay half the price of the battery monitor. So, that explain my 4/5 score.

    App needs work

    I have only done capacity load test on the battery and it passed no problem. The issue I have is with the App. It is great to have Bluetooth access to the battery but I see absolutely no reason that the App requires location turned on. If it is not you cannot access the app. The app could alos log long term stats as well.

    I bought the battery few months ago and recently it stopped working. I contacted the support and got quick response. The support tech, Mavis, asked me to perform few test and concluded the battery needed to be returned. I packed the battery and using pre-paid label sent it back. I’v got the replacement few days ago and it works perfectly. I like the Bluetooth features and the info I can get using it without any additional devices. Highly recommended.
