Had some issues at first but Li Time was very helpful.
I purchased the 51.2 V 100 ah golf cart battery along with matching charger. I installed the battery in the cart, but once I went to charge it, the charger kept tripping the 15 amp breaker on my fuse panel and then the charger completely died. The battery had enough power the way it was shipped that I could test it in the cart and it seemed to work well. I wrote to customer service and connected with a customer service agent named Summer. Summer was extremely helpful and helped me return the charger. At my request, she sent out a new one the day after they received the old one. So the whole process of returning the charger and receiving a new one took only a few days with no hassle. In the time I got around to returning the old charger and receiving the new one, the battery was down to 2% charge and at first it was difficult to get it to charge. I reconnected with summer and she sent me step-by-step instructions to try to coax the battery to take a charge and her instructions worked well. So I am now a happy customer! I received very attentive customer service and the battery is working well. For this reason I would highly recommend Li Time to anyone.

Works well - much better than the previous generic charger I had.
Charges battery quickly and completely, unlike the prior “generic” charger I was using for my 51.2V 60Ah GC battery. In spite of the current rating on the label, the charger never seems to draw more than 9.5A from the wall socket (using independent tool), though this might be a reflection of the charge-state of the battery. Regardless, it works well, and I would buy it again. My only concern is ongoing support for the product… Based on my use pattern, I do expect to wear out the short “battery-wire-connector” attachment which comes with the charger, yet the LiTime support team has (so far) told me that I am not able to buy a replacement for that connector. Time will tell…

Fairly light weight at 80 lbs. Only took about a day to fully charge with solar panels, and it runs my 3000 W inverter with no issues. 400ah is well worth getting instead of 4-100ah batteries connected together due to less wiring and possible loose connections. Highly recommend.
