What to do when receive the battery?

Upon receiving your battery, please note that it may arrive with a low State of Charge (SOC) as a result of the transportation and storage process. To ensure peak performance, we advise promptly charging the battery to prevent over-discharge.

If you intend to store the battery for an extended period without use, we recommend charging it to a SOC 50% and conducting maintenance every three months. These measures will help preserve its functionality and performance in the long run.

Does this battery has low-temperature protection?

Yes, this battery has low-temperature charging-off protection. It's recommend to charge the battery during the temperature range: 0℃ to 50℃ / 32℉ to 122℉.

How many batteries can I connect in sereis or parallel?

The 12V lithium battery from LiTime supports maximum connections of 4 in series and 4 in parallel. Allow you to build up a maximum battery system of 16 battery units with 20.48kWh Max. capacity and 20.48kW of Max. power.

Note: To connect in series or /and parallel, batteries should meet the below conditions:

Good battery at a good price

I purchased this battery for internet/phone backup power during power outages. It may only be used once in 2 or more years.
I like the Bluetooth which allows me to monitor battery charge level and power consumption.
The battery works as advertised and in my opinion it’s good quality. Only issue that I have is that it has to be kept at 50% charge while not in use/in storage and must be cycled a couple of times a year. All Li batteries require the same during storage☹️. So my plan is to use a smart plug and also a charger; and set them up to cycle the battery and charger several times per month.

good battery but the BT app could be greatly imporve

The BT service is not public, I can not connect to it and extract the battery status and program alarms/notification. As I am using the battery with a sump sump backup system, I would like to get a notification when the battery charge level fall below a certain value, I would also like to monitor the current draw when the pump is used, its a good indication of the pump health. The app could be greatly improve. Please just allow public access so I can write my own software.

Fairly light weight at 80 lbs. Only took about a day to fully charge with solar panels, and it runs my 3000 W inverter with no issues. 400ah is well worth getting instead of 4-100ah batteries connected together due to less wiring and possible loose connections. Highly recommend.
